The Brain Computer Corporation Letter to Dept. of Labor Complaint

Isinusulat ko ito para masubaybayan ko ang mga reklamo ko sa dati kong employer na nilapit ko sa DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Titignan ko kung papansinin ito ng DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Pangalawang sulat ko na ito sa kanila. Naisipan kong gumawa ng BLOG para na rin sa iba pang lumalapit sa ating GOV. at tignan natin kung papansinin tayo at tutulungan tayo sa mga problema natin.

Good Day!

I would like to inquire on my problem in my previous employer. I work for two years in The Brain Computer Corporation as an Account Executive started last aug. 2011 to aug 2013. My problem is until now. dated Oct. 28, 2013, I still dont have my Certificate of Employment and Incentive in my sale on PAGCOR. I am the one who is responsible of the LED wall sale in Pagcor. It costs millions of peso for every LED wall it costs around 1.8m per 9x12 feet.

First is my problem in my Certificate of Employment. Let me first discuss to you on how things happened. I won the bidding in  Megaworld  Corp., it costs around 2.5 million (Noble Place Showroom Project). The problem is after the awarding, The system Engineer of our company (The Brain Computer Corporation Named: NORMAN ALANTARA) did not design the project properly. The whole system did not work properly. The system engineer ended making some remedy and did not use all the equipment. So Megaworld was angry telling the engineer that they pay so much not knowing that the proposal cannot be finished and they pay so much and so expensive hindi rin pala gagana yung system as a whole.The project did not worked as what is in the quotation. Sa madaling salita palpak yung design at kasalanan ng System Engineer pabaya kasi. Name ng System Engineer is NORMAN ALCANTARA

Now my problem is, The Brain Computer Corporation (TBCC) is delaying my COE because they said Megaworld did not yet pay their debt yet. And because its my  client, The Brain Computer Computer Corporation said that its my accountability. Makatarungan ba yun?? Hindi naman ako ang may kasalanan kung bakit pumalpak yung project. Ginawa ko lahat ng aking makakaya para maayos yung problema bago ako nag resign. Pero ang gusto ni MEGAWORLD ay gumana yung whle system na ayaw naman gawin ng systeme engineer.Ang reason nila tulungan ko daw sila na colectahin yung utang ng Megaworld, Kahit na hindi na ako connected sa kanila.Hindi pwede yung gusto nilang manyari, hindi naman ako colektor at hindi ko kasalanan yung kapalpakan na yun.

About sa PAGCOR, nakabenta ako ng napakaraming LED wall sa bidding nila. Ako naman ang responsible sa arrangement ng meeting ng tagahawak at taga approved ng mga requirements ng PAGCOR ( May kwento pa ito). Nag set ako ng meeting sa pagitan ng PAGOR requirement handler  at PRESIDENT ng TBCC.At yun nga nakabenta ako ng mahigit kumulang 10M dahil yung mga LED wall ay ilalagay lahat sa PAGCOR branches. Mga nasa 16 branches lahat ng PAGCOR so 16 na 1.8M ang nabenta ko.


Dinedelay nila yung INCENTIVE KO( walang commission dahil napakagulang nila sa mga trabahador nila) ilang buwan na ang nakalipas at sa tuwing pumupunta ako sa office e pinagtatabuyan ako ng HR nila. Tama po ba yun??
